License Agreement

1. This Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of every GPC script, configuration, guide, and accompanying file made available through Astral Scripts (each, a Script). It takes effect the moment you download your first Script, and it applies to every Script you obtain from us thereafter.

This Agreement sits alongside our Terms of Service, which govern the Service as a whole. Where this Agreement is silent, the Terms of Service apply. If you do not accept these conditions, do not download any Script.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service, Astral Scripts grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited licence to download Scripts from the Service and to load and run them on Cronus Zen hardware that you personally own, for your own private entertainment.

This licence is granted to you as an individual. It is not granted to a household, a team, a clan, a business, or any other group, and it cannot be shared, lent, gifted, inherited, or transferred to anyone else under any circumstances.

3. What You May Do

• Download any Script your subscription tier entitles you to access.
• Load Scripts onto Cronus Zen devices that you own, and run them in your own private play.
• Keep Scripts on more than one device you personally own — a console setup and a PC setup, for example — provided you are the only person using them.
• Adjust a Script's configurable values for your own use, where the Script exposes them: sensitivity, toggles, mode selection, and similar settings.
• Keep a private backup copy of a Script for your own use while your licence is in effect.

4. What You May Not Do

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Share a Script. Do not send, post, upload, mirror, stream the contents of, or otherwise make a Script available to any other person — not to a friend, not to a teammate, not to a Discord server, not to a forum, a paste site, a file host, a repository, a cloud drive, or a torrent.
• Sell or resell a Script. Do not sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, bundle, or otherwise commercialise a Script, whether on its own, as part of a service, or as an incentive for something else.
• Redistribute in any form. Redistribution is prohibited whether the Script is modified or unmodified, complete or partial, and whether you charge for it or give it away.
• Reverse engineer or extract. Do not decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source, logic, timing values, or techniques of a Script, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Reuse the work. Do not incorporate a Script, or any recognisable part of one, into your own script, product, or library, and do not create derivative works for distribution to anyone.
• Strip attribution. Do not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, author credit, version marker, or licence text contained in a Script.
• Share access instead of files. Do not share your account credentials, allow anyone else to sign in as you, or download Scripts on behalf of another person. Sharing access is treated exactly as sharing files.
• Bulk-extract the library. Do not scrape, crawl, script, or otherwise automate downloads, and do not attempt to reach Scripts your tier does not entitle you to.
• Circumvent protections. Do not defeat, bypass, or interfere with any access control, licence check, download limit, or signed link used to protect the library.

Redistribution is the one breach we always act on. Our Scripts are the entire value of this Service, and a leaked Script harms every paying member. Accounts found to be the source of a leak are terminated permanently, without notice and without refund, and we reserve every legal remedy available to us.

5. Subscription Requirement

Access to the full library requires an active Pro subscription. A limited selection of Scripts is available without one; which Scripts those are is at our discretion and may change at any time.

Your licence to a paid Script is tied to your subscription being active. It is a right to use the Script while you are a member, not a purchase of the Script itself, and no payment made through the Service ever conveys ownership of a Script.

6. Term and Termination

This licence begins on your first download and continues until it ends under any of the following:

• Your subscription expires or is cancelled. Your licence to every paid Script ends when your paid term ends. Download access stops, and you must delete all copies of paid Scripts from every device, controller, and storage medium in your possession. Continuing to run a paid Script after your term has ended is unlicensed use.
• You breach this Agreement. The licence terminates automatically and immediately on any breach, without notice and without any requirement that we act first.
• We terminate your account. Where we suspend or terminate your account under the Terms of Service, your licence ends with it.
• You delete your account. Requesting account deletion ends the licence.

No refund follows termination. As set out in the Terms of Service, all sales are final. Termination or expiry of this licence — for any reason, including breach — does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or pro-rated adjustment of any kind.

Sections 4, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination of this licence.

7. Ownership

Scripts are licensed, never sold. All right, title, and interest in and to the Scripts — including their source code, structure, logic, timing values, techniques, documentation, and every copy of them — remain the exclusive property of Astral Scripts and its script authors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You receive only the limited rights expressly granted in section 2. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any Script, or of the Astral Scripts name, logo, or branding, to you.

Modifications you make. Any configuration or modification you make to a Script for your own use remains a derivative of our work. You hold no independent ownership in it, and it is subject to every restriction in section 4 — in particular, you may not distribute it.

8. No Warranty

Scripts are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that a Script is free of defects, that it will be compatible with your hardware, firmware, or game version, that it will keep working after a game or console update, or that it will produce any particular result in play. Scripts are tested against the versions current at the time of release, and nothing beyond that is promised.

9. Assumption of Risk

You run Scripts at your own risk. Publishers and platform operators widely prohibit third-party input devices and scripted input in online play, and they detect them using methods that change without notice. Running a Script may lead to suspension or permanent ban of your game account, loss of purchased content or progression, or restriction of your console or storefront account.

We do not control those decisions and cannot reverse them. Deciding whether to run a Script in any given game is entirely your choice and entirely your responsibility, and the consequences are yours alone. Section 13 of the Terms of Service limits our liability in full.

10. Reporting a Leak

If you find a Astral Scripts Script published anywhere outside this Service, please tell us at [email protected]. Reports are treated confidentially, and they genuinely help us keep the library worth paying for.
